About Us

Who We Are

We are two Naturopathic Doctors who regularly use acute homeopathic remedies with our patients and families.

Together, we have over 25 years of clinical practice experience, five small children, and three dogs.

We have seen how effective homeopathy is at treating common first aid health concerns.

We have long wanted to have access to a kit with all the remedies that we use most often – so we created one!

Our Mission  

In today’s world, and especially since 2020, it is more important than ever to feel empowered by taking care of your own health.

Our bodies have an inherent ability to heal and restore balance and we believe that homeopathy is the perfect modality to support that process to encourage and stimulate our own healing response.

In our respective practices, we noticed that our patients were interested but confused by homeopathy. We wanted to make it simple.

Our mission is to make Homeopathy easy and accessible for everyone and bring the magic of a 200+ year-old medicine into the 21st century.

We love homeopathy as a treatment modality because it is gentle, effective and economical.
